About us:
M. S Management was established in 2002 by Michelle Hoover, Registered Dietitian, Master Gardener and Director of Not-For-Profit, Be Valent, Inc. M.S. Management provides cutting edge intergenerational educational programs addressing the needs of individuals, organizations, individuals, healthcare providers, farmers/ growers, communities, and families of children with wellness, food safety and feeding needs .
M.S. Management has pivoted to expand services to offer hydroponic food tower maintenance as well as organic fruits and vegetables from our garden located in Edwardsville, IL and our indoor hydroponic farm located in Missouri at Health Information Station.
We are excited and proud to announce our partnership with Dr. Jeanetta Stomer, founder of NP Health Information Station. We will collaborate to help our local communities improve their health. Together we will strive to continue to grow and manifest good things.

My Story
Michelle has over 30 years' of experience working with adults, children and families in promoting healthy eating behaviors and lifestyles. Michelle is also a Certified Food Safety instructor and Master Gardener. She is a wife and mother of four children and a grandmother of five. She has a diverse work history in clinical nutrition and food service management and has worked with federal nutrition programs such as Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC), Child and Adult Daycare Food Program, Head Start Program, and Early Intervention Programs for children with special needs (IL & MO). Michelle Hoover Specializes in chronic disease, autism, asthma and allergies. She provides preceptor, mentoring and employment development opportunities to individuals seeking careers in the food service industry. She is successful at helping people.
